We use Zoho Invoicing for all of our Estimates, Invoices, Credit Notes and Time Reports. Invoicing, Estimates, Credit Notes and your Annual Statement are available to you via your “Client Portal” 24-7. Time Reports are emailed to you directly in a pdf format.
The “client workspace” is where clients can login to a specific page that gives access to all project documents, images, video tutorials and updates to any project they have with OM4U. The page is password protected. Login details are given to the client via email. The “Client Workspace” usually remains opened indefinitely. You may access your page via the OM4U website on the top menu or you can log in directly through the web link that is provided to you via email.
We can work on a w-9 for work that’s meets a minimum threshold annually. This sort of work would be on a long term basis. Please contact me to discuss further details. We do not work on a 1099
We work from 8:00am- 10:00pm CET Time. Please keep in mind that depending on which service you have with us this may vary. These times are discussed during the consult and are subject to change if the workload requires it.
We use a variety of online tools to keep us connected. The most common ones we use are:
- Google docs, and all Apps
- Drop box
- Remember the milk
- Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus Groups, Pinterest, Linkedin and more
- Sales force
- 1shopping cart

Alot of the tools we use can be Client requested and because there can be so many tools out there, all options will be discussed with the client ahead of time before work begins. Tools can be suggested to create a more efficient virtual workplace. In some cases there can be a learning curve on both parts.
We accept: Paypal, Direct Deposit, Payoneer and all major credit cards. Services can be invoiced when paying directly through other 3rd parties. A service charge of 3-5% is added to your balance owed to cover the service charge. Our current bank is with Bank of America.
We can use a variety of project management online softwares that keep us connected. Here are some we use. If a client is already using a software, we can step in an adjust accordingly and work in a team environment. There may be a learning curve on either part and that is to be expected when using any new software. We are very internet savvy so we don’t expect a huge learning curve on our part.

To be on the safe side generally the turn around time is within 24-48 hours. It would not be unusual to hear back from us within a couple of hours regarding any tasks or work. Client Care is one of our best traits. We are very responsive. There are however other options for people who do require a higher level of service.
