You will notice I am usually the first and only company that pops up. I have held the number one spot in google since I launched in 2009 under keyword “Construction Virtual Assistant”. I have only come across 1 person other then me that has construction administration experience that is online, but network with many Niche VA’s that are breaking into the construction industry as a Virtual Assistant.

Currently I work directly with my clients based on my availability, but also I have a team of experienced Construction VA’s that I place with companies. While other niche industries are more well developed then Construction, you can tell if you found me you hit the jackpot. While the construction industry is still a very brick and mortar business, technology these days now gives employers the opportunity to explore alternative options. In my Industry we call this a Niche Market Va. Generally Niche Market Va’s tend to specialize in there field of experience and in many cases this stems from there local in office work and carries over to a remote position.

I started OfficeManager4u originally because I spent years in this role working in office in the construction industry and fell in love with the industry itself. I fit like a glove with the guys on the field and knew how to talk to the brains (engineers) in the office. Combined with my strong personality and work ethic it seemed like me and this industry were practically married. Time flew fast because this industry knows how to keep you busy wrapped up in paperwork, procedure and building those relationships with your GC’s, trade contractors and suppliers all day long. A Construction VA’s job is always a busy one, it would not matter if you worked in office or remotely, their is always something to do. I have worked for both sides in this industry with General Contractors and Subcontractors.

It is also interesting to note that the Construction Industry is catching up to modern digital times. This is a great option for companies that want to test the waters and see if this is a good fit working with me remotely. You can trial with this option for 1- 3 months and decide if you want to go over to a retainer of hours with me or a w-9 option

W-2 OPTION HOURLY $18-$30+ ph

Your a local business and you  are looking to retain someone on a more permanent basis. The minimum annual threshold has to be at a minimum $10,000 per year. Complete with a work statement that outlines all duties and responsibilities, you are ready to work with me. Salary payments are anticipated to be weekly according to industry standard norms.

(Based on 1-2 weeks 1-2 hours per day)
